The cottages

The little things are important to us. We want you to arrive and instantly feel at home. That's why your stay includes complimentary breakfast provisions for your first morning, a plentiful supply of coffee and tea for the full trip and toiletries in the bathroom. Each living area has a TV and DVD player for cosy nights in, with a small film library on the shelf. We have curated the rooms throughout with contemporary Australian artworks and photography. Outside the front door, you will also find veggie boxes with seasonal produce growing for you.

With a picturesque coastline and rolling countryside, the Mornington Peninsula is the full package. Whether you want to start your day with a rugged bush walk, head straight to your new favourite cafe or twisty drive through Red Hill. The food scene rivals Melbourne with fine dining wineries and restaurants, institutional pubs and must do fish and chips on the beachfront. There is ample opportunity for the active adventurer with surfing, stand up paddle boarding and hikes, alongside restorative yoga studios, local artisan stores and spas. The cottages give you the ideal base to explore from Mornington to Portsea.
